A very good hotel within its category. Very helpful and pleasant staff, starting with the manager and continuing throughout. Comfortable rooms. The airport shuttle was much appreciated. Nice pool and hot tub to relax in.

I spent 5 nights here recently on business, and enjoyed my time. I got the government rate, and for that, the hotel is an excellent value. This hotel is a pretty big building from the early '80s. It shows its age a bit, but they've made what updates they can.
The rooms are kind of small. I had trouble getting past the desk unless I shoved the chair all the way in. The furniture is new, and the bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dated, but everything was clean, and the towels were nice and soft. The heater ran on a thermostat, and it was nice not having the unit running constantly.
I did not use the restaurant, but the bar was okay. They do close pretty early. The pool was nice and warm, and is open until 11. The hot tub was pretty nice, too. For food, you are a two minute drive from the historic 4th St district, where local bars and restaurants have taken over the ground floors of some of the last attractive buildings in downtown.

A welcome stop on our road trip we were a little anxious what to expect. Service was excellent and it as clean and comfortable. Food was good in the restaurant and bar staff were friendly. I have examined some of the other reviews and honestly can't see what some people are complaining about. I feel if they want more they should stay somewhere else!!

Stayed here on a Friday night and were afraid we wouldn't find a room. Very friendly, funny staff. Good food in the restaurant. Clean room. Small bathroom and noisy ac unit. We slept w/ the window open and it was noisy and windy. But overall, great place to stay. Rates were good.

The hotel is located right off the interstate and within walking distance of the tyson events center, food, and a walgreens. However, this location really doesn't feel like the safest place to leave your car overnight (there are many signs in the lot warning you to remove your valuables from your vehicle). The halls getting to your room are nothing special but clean. The rooms are a bit on the small side, with small balcony's which you cannot walk out on. It was a bit surprising to find just a shower without a tub, but it works and the bathroom was in ok shape.

Our overnight was good with a couple of exceptions. !. A train could be heard coming though overnight that was loud enough to wake me up. 2. Housekeeping came by and knocked on our door at 9am, so I guess it was time to get up.

The pool was noisy but well kept, and the sauna had plenty of space.

This hotel was OK, but not worth the price we paid. We had a package that we received $20.00 worth of breakfast in the morning and 2 free drinks at the bar. Well, the bar closed at 10:00pm on a Friday night. We were out to eat that evening and wanted to come back for our free drinks, but the place was dry after 10pm. The room had a refridgerator which was nice, but not worth the 117.00 we paid after taxes. I have stayed in much better places for cheaper rates. The pool/whirlpool was nothing special and the exercise room was nothing more than an eliptical trainer, cheap treadmill, and a recumbent bike.

We stayed one night,

Pros: quiet rooms, average size, nice staff, pool was clean and acceptable temperature, check out went smoothly

Cons: hot tub not cleaned from night before - had excessive foam on top and smelled. Bedding (sheet and mattress pad) came off of bed during night, slept directly on mattress, somewhat disconcerting

Worth the price we paid, would possibly look elswhere for same rate.
