The Sunshine House is a beautiful house. The location at Reunion is easily accessible from I4 but the resort is massive and the house is a long way from the entrance. Our party were impressed by the golf but we didn't use the other facilities at Reunion. The guest pass system is confusing.
The size and layout of the house was perfect. However we had issues with the hot water taking over 5 minutes to come through, the pool had not been cleaned from the previous rental's pool party, the air conditioning fans were excessively noisy especially the nearest bedroom and around the pool. Near the end of our stay we barbecued one evening - the BBQ was excessively greasy and the patio underneath had to be cleaned; half way through the gas ran out and there was no spare bottle - a nightmare with 8 people to feed. Some of the kitchen utensils need replacing.
When we arrived the pool had an ugly black fence around it which we removed as we were an all adult group. The fence fitted into plastic fixings in the ground, several were not level with the tiles and one of our party cut his toe. The pool chairs and sun beds needs updating as the cushions are very worn.
Overall, the owner needs to pay some attention to this beautiful house.
