Stopped off on the way to a break in Whitstable on trip adviser recommendations and so glad we did. This is a wonderful pub restaurant close to the main road but in a charming village with a warm welcome and quality food and beer. We shared the seafood platter which was delicious down to the shavings of ginger and the fresh samphire to accompany generous portions of fresh and pickled fish including some lovely gravelas. If you want to stretch your legs after a journey there is a pleasant stroll up a Kentish bridle way across the road. Highly recommended!
