A visit to Tyneham is always a thought provoking step back in time. No matter how many times I visit, I always find myself wondering what it must have been like to 1: live in the village in its isolation, and 2: how awful if must have been for the residents to have to leave their homes at the governments insistence. But. I always enjoy a visit and the walk to Worborrow Bay. Was amazed this visit (November 2013) to see the amount of debris on the beach, presumably from the early November storm.
