After six weeks of enjoying B & Bs around eastern Canada, we can happily recommend the Captain Cook B & B as an excellent choice with the standard of accommodation, food and hospitality all first class and good value. Mary-Lou, the charming owner, has an extensive knowledge of the area’s history and culture, as a born and bred local resident, so we came away knowing much more than we might have otherwise.
This was a special part of our all too brief time in Newfoundland and has left a wonderful impression.
