This was not our first time to Sullivan's. We understood the menu as a la cart, but for the Disneyland prices you expect the best. The services was friendly, especially in the bar. Live jazz is always a plus, so I give them points for atmosphere. The problem is with the grade of meat they are serving. The menu makes no mention anywhere of the grade they serve. They do offer 2 steaks listed as 'dry aged' for an up-charge. Wait, not all of their steaks are dry aged?? In Kansas City? You've got to be kidding, right?
Asked the server what grade was their beef. Answer: "Grade A Prime Choice". Not a grade I've heard of.
Bottom line is their $44 a la care rib eye is the same cut you can get in any grocery store for $13 a pound, and not dry aged. If you are going to charge like a big time steakhouse, you gotta deliver the goods.
