Nothing in the online writeup about this theatre says you must arrive 30-45 minutes prior to start of movie if you plan to order food. It was a shock when we arrived at 6:25pm for a 6:40pm movie start & told we were too late to order food. We complained and were allowed into the movie to order food. Once in, the opulance of the theatre was overwhelming & unnecessary for me. The chairs (with ottomans) are pretty but not comfortable. Our food order was taken, paid for and delivered all before the movie started (within 10 minutes ... nice, but...) then all service stopped dead. You could not get anything else you needed (more water, drinks, etc.) I didn't eat all of my $15 fish and chips and wanted a box to take it home and I had to literally carry out my food bowl into the lobby and hunt down a server to ask for a box. Also, we ordered an $18 glass of wine and it came in a plastic cup! Beers come in plastic cups too and water came in a disposable carry out cup with a lid and straw. Really? In such fancy, high class surroundings? I agree, I much prefer AMC Cinema Suites recliners, service and food much more than Cinetopia. The only good thing about the experience was the MOVIE! One Hundred Foot Journey is a MUST SEE! Great Movie!
