We stayed in Boubon Manor on the way to a conference in West Virginia. It offered very comfortable accommodations and an excellent gourmet breakfast! The bathroom was adequate, but could be updated. It had free wifi and was very quiet. The room also had excellent bed and bath linens. It is a beautiful bed and breakfast in Bardstown, a very quaint city. We would like to go back when we have more time to stay and tour the area. Very nice...

Room Tip: The online photos with descriptions help in room selection. They are true to the experience. Be aware that there is no elevator in the main house.

My husband and I had our first encounter with Bourbon Manor May 9 & 10, 2014 and what an experience it was! We had stayed there under the previous ownership when it was Rosemark Haven and were very pleased. However, Bourbon Manor has raised the bar! Everything is impeccable! From the host, to the gourmet breakfast, room furnishings and oohhh, the sheets!!! Todd will make you feel welcome and at home. He never misses a beat and is always available with a recommendation or a story. Breakfast was fantastic and the Inn and rooms are beautifully decorated. Don't miss your opportunity to visit the Bourbon Manor or their sister property, Maple Hill Manor, which is as equally impressive! You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

This is a lovely bed and breakfast in Bardstown, the heart of Bourbon country. The rooms are spacious, clean and QUIET! The sheets on the beds are so comfortable you will want to take them home, so - they actually sell them at the front desk. The breakfast is better than any you would be served in a fine restaurant. No mass produced waffles and bowls of fruit here! Gourmet breakfast every morning. You can rely on the hosts to help you with directions and suggestions of great things to do and see in the area. There are steep stairs to some of the rooms, if you have any concerns, I would call and speak to the hosts before booking. We would stay here again and again!

Room Tip: check them out on the website - there are pictures and descriptions of every room. The inn is off the street so all rooms are quiet.

The Bourbon Manor was the perfect rest stop on our Bourbon Trail adventure. We stayed in the Federal House for two nights and it was absolutely spectacular. The rooms were gorgeous and the beds were beyond comfortable which was perfect after a long day of walking around. There is a wonderful private patio located just off of the kitchen area that was perfect for enjoying our morning coffee or an evening drink. For the more social types, the patio just outside the main house is a great spot to meet other travelers. Bourbon Manor is located just minutes away from the town square in Bardstown so you can walk down and enjoy antique shopping, local eateries, historic sites or even a carriage ride around town. Breakfast at the Bourbon manor is not to be missed though! Never in my life have I enjoyed such a gourmet breakfast. Todd is hands down the best host I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. As well he was genuinely invested in making our first experience in Kentucky one to remember. There was no request that he could not meet. He went above and beyond calling places on our behave to make sure they were open. He also printed out directions to our daily destinations. Todd was an absolute pleasure. Whether you are doing the Bourbon Trail or just passing through, The Bourbon Manor is definitely a place to check out. It is saturated in history and blooming with southern hospitality. Can't wait to stay again next year!

Room Tip: The Federal House is great for group excursions. If stairs are an issue there is a lovely room located on the first floor of the main building.

Bourbon Manor was an awesome place for 2 couples to spend the weekend! The beds are super comfy (they even sell the super-soft sheets). Dylan was a wonderful host checking us in & visiting during our visit. Todd's breakfast was out of this world & saw to all of our needs. We stayed in the Manhattan Honeymoon Suite which was very spacious. ( there are very steep steps to get to the room). It had a little dinette with mini fridge & microwave, seating area & jetted tub for one. The outdoor seating area was awesome even in the rain!
We toured the Jim Beam Distillery, Chuckleberry Farm & Winery, and Old Kentucky Dinner Train. The Dinner Train is within walking distance to the Bourbon Manor. We didn't want to leave. We will be back, so much to see & do in Bardstown!

Room Tip: The Manhattan honeymoon suite had a jetted tub for one the Mint Julep room tub was more for 2. The steps to the honeymoon sutie are steep but worth the trip up!
