No complaints about the room, breakfast, beds -- all just fine -- and the price was okay, but the counter folks didn't seem to be able to make their keys work and were quite unapologetic, even after we had to come back to the office three times, at having failed to explain that there was a "reset" function on the door handle, which would have made getting into our room take one minute instead of 15. Rude, especially by normally extra-polite Kentucky hospitality standards.
