My friends and I decided to do the bourbon trail and thus needed to find three inexpensive hotels to stay in each night. This hotel was our 2nd stop and out of the three we stayed in, it was the best. The location was great (a short walk to downtown Bardstown) and the outside area was really nice (pool, lots of outdoor patio seating, a gazebo, etc.). If I had to complain about anything it would be that the shower head was so incredibly low that even I, at 5'6" had to hunch over a bit. Also, the breakfast was only sub-par.
