“Best: Beans N Cornbread”
Reviewed 9 August 2014

Traveling down I75, we go out of our way to eat at Dinner Bell. Its always worth the wait..and the drive. If you like Beans and Cornbread, then you will like Dinner Bell. They have other things also, but we always get the Beans and Cornbread..its the best.
They also have quilts there, kinda like the famous chain restaurant, except this one is better.
Its also a great value for your money.
Service is friendly and prompt.
The one downside is that it is rather far for us. It is nicely situated close to Interstate 75 in Berea.

“Best Hospitality and Great Food”
Reviewed 31 July 2014

Several friends went to Berea for an over night and we had dinner and breakfast at the Dinner Bell, we could not have been happier. The owners were there both times and were such a delight. We could not have asked for better service and more delicous food, we over ate of course because everything was so good. We will always recommend The DinnerBell!

“Great Country Food”
Reviewed 16 July 2014 via mobile

The food here is great. Everything tasted homemade. They even brought me out free samples of things to try so I didn't order something I didn't like. The staff were very nice. A very clean place to stop and eat right off I-75. There is also a store with candy and crafts attached to the restaurant.

“Don't Ring This Bell”
Reviewed 8 July 2014

We ate here as a recommendation of the visitor's center. While we got water and our orders taken promptly, our food did not come out until forty minutes later. I will say the food did come out hot. My husband said the catfish tasted "tired", like it was frozen. My fried okra was good, but the apples just so so and my dumplings had just two dime sized pieces of chicken in them. Give this place a pass. There is a Cracker Barrel nearby. Wish we'd went there instead, but we were trying to eat at a local place.

“Good Food, Horrible Customer Service!”
Reviewed 3 July 2014

We stopped here on our vacation travels hoping for home cooking. After waiting 45 mins for food & refills the food was pretty good. However after 8pm they will not make more sweet tea, as it will waste before the next day. The owner was staining the wood right beside us as we tried to eat. We were all naucious & eyes burning & just wanted to eat & get back on the road. Our server apologized & sayd they would waive our drinks since they were out if sweet tea & we didn't get refills. When we paid, we were charged for drinks, we just paid & hurried out because of the strong stain smell.
