“Better Come Hungry”
Reviewed 29 June 2014

Great menu selection. Wife had the 2 inch thick grilled porkchop that melts in you mouth. I had the 1 inch thick Texas steak(said 12 ounce, looked like 16) Homemade bread with Strawberry butter, Huge baked potatoes and salads. Ask for a to-go box as you can't skip the wonderful desserts(I think she said 18 choices). We had chocolate pecan with cool whip. They make reservations and we only waited 5 minutes over that time. The meal is pricey, but worth every dime. They go overboard to make it a great visit and they make you feel special on birthdays and anniversaries. YOU WILL COME BACK AND BRING YOUR FRIENDS

“Gourmet Family Cooking”
Reviewed 7 June 2014 via mobile

Visited Patti's on recommendation if locals and we weren't disappointed. My husband loved his pork chop (but the steamed veggies of zucchini were soggy). I had a burger and homemade chips that were great. The Boat Sinker pie was incredible. Ordered the Sawdust pie, and it was good, but didn't compare to the other one. Will absolutely come back!

“2" Pork Chops!”
Reviewed 31 May 2014

Excellent, excellent, excellent!! We had pork chops and steamed broccoli and they were very accommodating of dietary requests. There was some really good looking bread that we passed on, but others seemed to enjoy it immensely.

“March 2014 Visit”
Reviewed 7 April 2014

We had lunch there the last week of March. I had made a reservation a week in advance to ensure we could be seated.

We have visited this restaurant several times in the past and, for some reason, we were not as pleased as we have been in the past. "Maybe things are never as good/as bad as we remember".

We were seated in the main dining room area where we had hoped to have a quiet/relaxing lunch. Unfortunately we were seated adjacent to a table of 12 to 15 persons which increase the noise level substantially. The people weren't rude, they were just loud.

I understand a restaurant's reasoning in seating to ensure all of the wait staff has a equal chance, but. We discussed asking to be moved but didn't since we had ordered our beverages. I feel restaurants should offer customers seating options if there are large groups.

Our entrees were good as were the deserts we chose, but certainly not exceptional.

I would recommend visitors ask for a quiet table before being seated.
