Well, this cave is a bit difficult to review. I have shared other reviews here and this one is a bit challenging. If you have never been to a cave in the Mammoth Area or other places...you may find this cave a bit interesting. The staff was friendly enough to us; after reading the previous review I wanted to mention some of the staff. The guide did a great job in communicating the history to our group. He was also very friendly in answering any questions we had. The cave itself is privately owned. There is a concern for safety issues...for example, in some caves there are two guides..one in front, one in back. (not so here). The cave winds around a river; which is under the town. The tour last an hour, however, the time is from the speaking not necessarily from the length of the cave itself. The steps leading down and up are very narrow; of course their steep..most steps going into a cave are. This is not a cave of beauty....not much of interest here. The price of the ticket includes the museum as well. The museum didn't seem to have A/C going; which would have been nice on such a hot day. The only interesting thing I noticed about this cave is that it had been visited by "Dirty Jobs". (The guide stated that it is a nice Halloween activity...now, that I would definitely agree!
