Description: In July 2004 Will Pieratt and Kevin Heathcoat took a the huge leap of faith and opened Bourbon n' Toulouse by maxing out seven credit cards and simply hoping things worked out for the best. The business plan was simple: cook some damn good food, give back to the community that help keep their lights on and have as much fun as the law allows! Ten years later these guys are still extremely passionate about what they do and they haven't grown up a bit, just ask their wives! Always cooking and laughing, these guys are serious about having fun. Stop in and sample the wide array of tasty Cajun and Creole dishes, grab a beer from the ever changing selection and drift away to their own little version of The French Quarter. Not bad for a washed up musician and a retired elementary teacher!

I'm a business dude from out of town looking for a local joint with good eats and this hit the spot. I'd come back again.

This is my favorite dish at Bourbon n' Toulouse. There is plenty of great items on their menu, but better get it to go. They get crowded and do not have a big eat in area, but that gives it style as they say. Their French Bread is great too.

Being from out of town, we were unsure about the menu selection and ordering procedures in what seemed like a restaurant full of regulars. The staff were extremely accommodating, letting us try samples even. The food was amazing and cheap. We had a wonderful experience. It's no wonder there are so many regulars!

If you are looking for jambalaya and spicy Cajun fair, then this is among the best places you will find. You can't beat the prices. Yes, it is filled with college kids. Some of the options are vegetarian but have plenty of sodium and grease-- it's a restaurant. So, don't come expecting to enjoy a salad. The atmosphere is very laid back and the people are very friendly. If you're in the area, definitely check it out.
