Having chosen this location as one of Guy Fieri's DDDs, I liked the chicken's crispy coating and moist meat; however, It would've been more enjoyable had it been less fatty'n greasy. (Y'all know there are selection and cooking techniques to remedy that.) Crinkle fries are pretty good (if served in a timely manner), and the coleslaw is average. Our server was very pleasant, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond, but her coworkers seemed less motivated when she was busy with other customers.

Looking for good southern food and great sweet tea. The atmosphere was very cute diner style. The Chicken was good but I didn't feel it was anything special. Also had Onion Rings which were just ok. The gravy that came with it all was very good. Sweet Tea was average as well. Felt it was all very greasy. Wasn't the BEST fried chicken we were hoping for.

I love a good burger, and the "poor boy" is awesome. The description of the burger may make you think of a Big Mac, but Parkette puts a little more love into the making of this sandwich. The onion rings are wonderful, as was the bite I had of everyone else's meal! We sat inside, forgoing the drive-in experience, but the service was great inside. Right on time with the sweet tea! If I'm in the area again, I'm will make time for Parkette.
