The food is great, the servers are always extremely friendly, and they have beer for the weary parent or patron unaccustomed to dining in a restaurant filled with kids. More about that later.
The pizza and pasta dishes are delicious. I love the Queen of Hearts calzone and the Campfire pizza. The bruschetta has never been consistent, but when it's good it's excellent. They also offer gluten free pizza and pasta (not something you find everywhere in town - and in most places "gluten free pizza" is code for something that is not really pizza) as well as beer (Redbridge, not bad). Gluten free has become more and more sought after these days, and Puccini's does an excellent job making it not only edible, but yummy.
If you don't like being around kids, I would avoid Puccini's on Friday nights and Saturdays. It's a very family friendly place full of crayons and kids' drawings and loud talking and, yes, the occasional crying kid. Overall, a great meal for a great price.
