“Overpriced and run down”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 October 2013

I took my 7 year old here and everything was broken. About half of the hands on activities were broken. The staff seemed annoyed that we were even there. Of you have ever been to a science museum anywhere else then you will not enjoy your time here and you will want your money back.

“Needs updating.”

Several activities not working. Too many videos, too little hands on. Target age is for ages 3-6, older kids were bored.

“Fun and educational”

Everything is very hands on. Like every place that has activities for kids you will find a few exhibits with broken or missing parts. Overall this is one of the better places we have been. Very crowded today but that may have been because several people received the free admission promotion.

“A disappointment”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 September 2013

We went to the Science Center to get out of the heat and indulge our love of science. We knew it was designed for children and not adults, but it was a disappointment. Many of the exhibits did not work (especially on the third floor) or did not work correctly. It was interactive, but there was no opportunity to dig deeper into any subject. After a while, the exhibits seemed to look and feel the same, as if the same person designed everything. We grew bored very quickly. I would not recommend this even to a family with younger children.

“Great times.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 August 2013 via mobile

We hung out here totally entertained for over 2 hours with our 4 and 6 year olds. They were entertained with every single thing they saw. It's a bit pricey, and there were a few exhibits that didn't work or were missing pieces. Nonetheless we still had a great time.
