I had planned a girls weekend with three other friends and this was one of the events we scheduled. It was definitely a highlight of our trip! We loved the whole experience...from the comfy bus to the delicious food and drinks and the company, it was all fabulous! Eli and Leslie are a great team with lots of enthusiasm for what they're doing. They are going to take the city (and many more!) by storm!

I highly recommend making this a part of your visit to Louisville! And if you're a local and haven't done it yet...DO IT! You're going to love it!!

Had a wonderful tour of Louisville on Monday. Wanted my visiting mother to see Louisville from a different perspective. Eli and Leslie are wonderful and personalized our tour to our needs. Can't wait to book a private wine or bourbon tour soon. Great and different way to see Louisville.

I went on this tour yesterday afternoon and had a wonderful time. The tour guides/hostess' were knowledgeable, accommodating and fun. There was so much to see and the best part my appetite for eating great food was greatly pleased. The "Hot Brown" dish which is a local dish was the highlight of my trip, along with the desert. This is a tour well worth your money and time.

Nine other ladies and I went to Louisville a couple of weeks ago to celebrate a birthday. Luckily I found this tour online. The two girls who own the tour, Eli and Leslie, were the most personable and accommodating guides ever! The first day we did the afternoon Sights and Sweets tour. This tour lasted at least 3 hours. We asked lots of questions about the city which they were most qualified to answer. They took us to the historic old city, on a tour of a beautiful Victorian mansion, Kizito's unique bakery for free cookies, Schimpff's Confectionery to see candy made and sample. We had such a great time, we booked the Foodie Tour for the next evening. For both tours, they picked us up at our hotel and returned us there. Our friend who had the birthday missed the first day's tour because her daughter had a baby. For the Foodie Tour Eli & Leslie had a birthday banner and balloons to welcome her on the tour bus! What a thoughtful touch. This was also a great tour. We stopped first at a fabulous restaurant for fried green tomatoes. We went on to try great barbque, greens, and cornbread. One of the ladies bought a large souvenier, which they loaded on the bus and helped us get it back to the hotel. There was one snafu with trying the Kentucky hot brown, so they took us instead back to a seafood restaurant we had commented on the day before. We had fried oysters, onion rings, desserts and more. While we were there, Leslie slipped out and went to another restaurant to get a hot brown to go so that we would all sample that famous dish! Again, above and beyond the call of duty. On the bus we were served bacon topped doughnuts, which they had to reserve at 5:30 a.m. the morning of the tour. They also had local wine and cheese to sample on the bus. We can not say enough good things about these girls and their tours. Hopefully they will expand their business to other cities close by!

My wife and I experienced the "taste tour" for our first time and we both agree that this was by far, our best anniversary dinner experience yet!!! We always try and find things that are fun and different that your ordinary fancy place to eat, we've tried those expensive fondu, places on the water, ect....we, by far, agree that this was the most enjoyable and entertaining dinner experience we've ever had during our five years of anniversary dinners. We are in our late twenties and we had a blast! Thank you soooo much for the great time and memories! Top class service! We'll be back!
