My daughter's last time here before moving. It was our luck night as the wine list was half price. We quite enjoyed our Gloria Ferrar Blanc de Noirs, a great value wine at regular price. My daughter had the always excellent soup, Shrimp with lime, coconut milk and spices. My appetizer was cheese grits with heirloom tomatoes and a tasty sauce dripped in small spots. Basket of a few rolls and spiced and seeded and cheesed flatbreads.
The Aadobo Chicken was cooked tender and tasty but not too hot. Creamed cabbage and mixed bean cake for veggies were delicious. My main was fried livers and shrimps on a bed of foo foo letuce with three tremendous sauces - chili spice, hollindaise, and one tarter-like.
Dessert Peach and berry pie was a line of frresh berries in a line mixed with bourbon poached peaches along side a crescent of frozen vanilla custard.
