We came to Paducah to visit the Quilt museum. The three days two nights was just enough. The decor was warm, the beds comfortable and the host delightful.
We hd the whole second floor to ourselves and the kitchen was a nice place to have a warm drink and talk about our day. The lighting was a bit dull for reading but after all the exercise we were tired. The 25 steps up and down were a bit much for us 3 old gals but we managed and the host was very helpful upon our arrival and departure. We were tempted to use the hot tub on the deck but nine of brought a bathing suit and we didn't feel adventurous enough.
The fresh croissants in the morning just right to start the day. There were plenty of good eateries around town.
Everything was within walking distance. Once we parked the car we didn't need it again. We felt very safe walking everywhere. The 25 steps up anddown were a bit much for us 3 old gals but we managed and the host was very helpful upon our arrival and departure. Would definitely recommend this lovely restored B & B.More
