Even after reading the reviews, we tried this particular Outback. We arrived about 30 minutes past opening on a Sunday (lunch). It took 15 minutes to get a drink order, even though our bloomin' onion was sitting on the table. Another 45 minutes before the entrees arrived and 2 of 3 of them were incorrect or to the wrong temperature. The meat was gristly and chewy (and NOT in a good way). We received no refills. The poor server was brand new. She had obviously not been trained and was way over her head. There were no managers around to help or guide her. It was a total of an hour and a half for lunch. Food was really bad.
