Owner description: "Jenny Wiley (1760-1831) was captured by Indians in 1789 at Walker's Creek, Virginia, after watching her young brother and all but her youngest child murdered. She escaped after many months to Floyd (now Johnson) County, Kentucky and eventually reunited with her husband in Walker's Creek. The Wileys returned to and settled permanently in Johnson County."

Although the place is overgrown and a little hard to get to, we were glad we went.
