We came with a party of 10. They said we don't know when we can seat you. We said we would split up. They ignored us and seated parties of 4,5 and 6 that came in after us. After waiting a bit longer I asked when might we be seated, they said we don't know when we can seat you.(with attitude. For this type of treatment the food is not that good. I will never go there again. Very, rude and nasty treatment. We left and went to Red Lobster.

Chimes East is close to home for me, so wife & I go weekly. Sit @ the bar (if you can find a spot);
Great Soups, good Red Beans & Rice, we always get a Turkey Burger. The have lots of steaks & seafood specials, but we like the casual feel of the place. Loud but good music. Lots of beer on tap & cheap wine......

This place has great food. The place is loud but the food makes up for it. Make sure to get ready for a wait especially if its on the weekend.

Granted the place was busy but it was so loud in there - not a place to go for casual conversation.
The hushpuppies we okay, Salads were good & the fettuccine alfredo with blackened chicken was very good and tasted home made.

Which isn't always a bad thing. Just note that this is a fun, loud place. If you're looking for a quiet evening, this isn't it. Chimes has a HUGE selection of beers and other liquors. Chimes is not a seedy bar. So if you'd like to have a drink with adults and not sleezy bar people, definitely hit Chimes up. They have good seafood and good pub food. Prices are similar to any other nice sit down place. Beer and taps are also reasonably priced. I enjoy Chimes and we go a few times a year just because they have a variety of drinks and a good crowd. Chimes is also opened really late, past midnight, I think until 2 am. We went last night around 11 and it was still great.
