Stayed here last night and was very pleased. We booked the king room with the sofa bed and both were very comfortable. Room was very clean. Hotel was easy to find and get back to. The breakfast could have had a better variety though. Will stay again when in Baton Rouge.

My room was ant invested, was told we would be move, they came and exterminated while we were gone, when we returned, they hadn't moved us, did the extermination with our clothes in the room and couldn't move us because they were booked. And they hadn't cleaned the room, had no towels, gave us, bath mats to use

Usually Comfort Inns are nice comfortable hotels that keep up with good standards. This hotel should have been remodeled 20 years ago and still has not been. I was on the third floor and upon check in was a little concerned there is only one elevator.

What if it breaks down and does not operate?????? I am in my 60’s and was told by my Doctor I will need replacement knee surgery within 5 years. That was 10 years ago and I baby my knees not doing steps at all.
My worst fear came to fruition and the one elevator broke down. I walked up three flights of stairs to my old room and my right knee hurt so badly I got a terrible night sleep.
Go elsewhere unless you are 20 and can run up and down steps like I use to do.

While the room was comfortable, access was not easy for a night time arrival. The room itself was not all that clean. We had to wash the tub and wipe the restroom floor before we could use it. The weather was inclement so that may have played a role in the room preparation.

Room Tip: The rooms are roomy.

Pleasantly surprised since this was the only room I could find. Room was very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. We got there and rooms were not going to be ready until 3 pm. We wanted to leave to go to the game before this. The friendly hotel clerk told us that it would not be a problem to leave our car in the parking lot and check in after the game.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:30 and although check in time was not until 3:00, the lady at the desk very cordially greeted us, processed our check in, and we were in our room (#511) in a few minutes. The room was somewhat aged and worn. The bed was creaky and the carpet needed to be cleaned or replaced. One of the cushions on the sofa was rather worn. The bathroom was also somewhat aged and looked slightly dingy. The towels were very thin and small. We were glad that the air conditioning was very cool although it was a bit noisy. Wi-fi was decent--slightly slow, but not a real problem. The hotel is located just off the interstate and is fairly easy to get to. We didn't hear any noise from the interstate. When leaving the hotel to head to Tiger Stadium, we found it was better to head east and go through the neighborhood near the hotel. If you head west, the road takes you in the opposite direction from the university and you will have to find a place to make a U-turn. While there we watched a movie at the nearby UA theater which is just on the other side of the interstate. There are multiple restaurants nearby.
