I grew up in Lafayette and had never done a sample.tour. We live in Denver and my husband and kids and I took the tour on a visit home. So beautiful! We saw several alligators, beautiful birds, and enjoyed Zach's fun and knowledgeable comments. They were so kind to my 90 year old mom too! Highly recommend!

I think this ended up being our favorite thing that we did while in Louisiana! We loved how informative Jonathan was throughout the entire tour!

Very knowledgeable staff, great value for the amount of time we were on the boat! Tons of gators and wildlife. We absolutely would do it again.

If you're visiting Louisiana, you will miss a lot of what makes this state so interesting if you don't take a swamp tour and this one is the best I've taken. I live in Baton Rouge and generally take my out of state visitors to the Lafayette area to experience "Cajun" land. I've tried several swamp tours throughout the state, but this one is the best by far. The swamp is absolutely beautiful and if you come here and miss experiencing it, it would be like going to Arizona and skipping the Grand Canyon.

All the guides have been good, especially Alan,( my most recent guide) who is very knowledgeable about the entire eco system of Lake Martin. Alan happened upon a "Mama" duck with about 15 to 20 ducklings and then coaxed the mother into demonstrating some of her tricks to protect her offspring. During the 1 1/2 hr tour he continuously found the opportunity to not just identify the wildlife, but to give us insight into how the the creatures live and survive.

Don't miss this one..............
