first clue -- no Asians eating at this place
2nd clue -- Hispanics preparing the sushi
3rd clue -- asked for hot green tea.. the server put a wedge of lemon on edge of tea cup.. this is not iced tea people... google it and learn.
4th clue -- the rice served was long grain -- Japanese rice -- use short grain .. it sticks together..
Beef was served cold and portions are sized for a child. $$ for the portions.
Server etiquette - the female held her fingers the edge of the cup where I was suppose to drink from..... She also placed her thumb in the center of the wasabi tray.. Find new help.
The sushi preparers & server were eating at the side of the counter where they prepare sushi... seriously.
Staff needs to smile. It seems they don't like working there. Go figure.
How did this ever get a rating of 91%. Apparently they never had great Japanese food with excellent service.
If you plan to eat here, eat some food before going -- you will not get full.
I am sure the owners are not Japanese....
