David and Torre (chef/owners) consistently produce wonderful dishes. As you dine you will understand why Del Porto is a perfect example of a "farm to table" restaurant. I find the foods have a wonderful balance because they are delicately seasoned which enhances flavor of my selections. The wine list has some great choices by the glass or bottle and the bar offers unique cocktails. The entire staff are knowledgeable, courteous and unobtrusive and David and Torre are gracious hosts. Our favorite spot and we are fortunate to have them close by.
