Our group of 4 adults had been eagerly looking forward to this special lunch at Terre. We were delighted with our experience.
From the lovely entrance drive alongside the autumnal leaved vines to the wander around the pleasant gardens, we enjoyed the relaxed environment. The front of house staff were excellent in their welcome, assistance and professional and friendly service. Each of our 3 courses were delicious. I devoured my exquisitely light whiting followed by the delectable '12 hour slow cooked pig' and finally the clafoutis. Combined with a glass of champagne and a local Riesling all of our meals were delicious. Our thanks to Rowan, Janine, Clint and your tremendous team for ensuring our crew relished every moment. We will all be back very soon.

Just enjoyed a Sunday lunch with good friends and family at this outstanding vineyard restaurant. The homestead setting is the scene for a truly memorable experience. The food and service was everything expected of what must surely now set the standard by which to judge other fine restaurants on the Mornington Peninsula.

Our various dishes were full of a range of great taste sensations, the highlight of which was probably the Gorgonzola cheesecake dessert!

Highly recommended and somewhere we will certainly return to before too long.

Started with a very nice wine tasting as this restaurant is in the "old" Dromana estate cellar door and restaurant. Jill did a great job of leading us through the wines and really enjoyed the wine we then picked for lunch.

Interior has had a face lift with new French style wood tables and chairs. Service was attentive and was never slow.

Menu was reasonably limited and not sure if it changes over time, but all the dishes we had we really well cooked and presented. All the entrees, mains desserts equally priced which makes decisions somewhat easier however also pretty expensive if you are hungry. Dishes were generally quite good size and quite rich so don't order too much initially. The side we had was enough for four which the server we had was good enough to suggest we didn't order two.

All in all a good experience. We arrived early and it only started to fill around 1.30 when we left , but given the sound levels we experienced , I suspect the polished floors combined with hard ceilings will make it very noisy when full. That's great for people who enjoy a full on buzz but could be hard for people in for a romantic lunch for two !
