My wife and i stayed here on a last minute booking to extend our holiday. We did not know what to expect and chose this hotel at random. Could not believe how stunning it was, how friendly and professional the staff were, how fantastic the food was in the bar, the quality of the room, the cleanliness of the accomodation, the comfort of the bed and the facilities on offer. We would stay here again without any hesitation and would recommend it to anyone regardless of why they were staying.
Still find it hard to believe we found such a bargain and really outshine Hilton and Devere.

Room Tip: We had a double superior room on the first floor at the back. It was a bit of a walk to get there bu...

Have just completed an extended stay at this hotel - Mid Feb until End May Tues/Fri every week.I would say that I would recommend this hotel for both business and Leisure bookings.
It is true that the newer part of the building is a little institution like in design, however what make this a great place to stay are the staff. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble !!
Ray the general manager is charming and willing to make everyones stay enjoyable.
Jerome the Bar Manager seems to remember guests after only a couple of sightings ! , and I defy anyone able to say that they've seen a barman work harder and be so sociable too. I am planning to return to the hotel in July for leisure and would heartlly recommend to all.

just got home from spending 2 nights here and had a really nice time! the staff were great the room was good, i hardly saw any guests so it felt like i hired the place just for us. for the money i spent i couldn't have asked for more. well worth it and i will be coming back again and soon. best thing about the place was as it wasn't so busy my girlfriend and i had the sauna and jacuzzi all to ourselves for pretty much the whole weekend! thanks guys and see you next time.

I booked a double room with breakfast inc at a rate of £63 which appeared very good value, particularly when you look at the stately exterior pictures of the hall.

When I arrived I wasnt overly impressed with the bariiers and ANPR cameras. Rather than being reassured it made me question the area.

The first major drawback at this hotel is that the car park is some distance from the main entrance. This could be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. For me, I just wasnt impressed as it was raining heavily!!

Next issue and the biggest for me was that I feel Sedgebrook Hall are actually quite disengenious when portraying the hotel! The main hotel is lovely, however the accomodation is in a modern two storey wiing that would be more suited to an old peoples home or a secure mental hospital wing.... to say a travelodge is architecturaly

The reception staff were polite and friendly.

Room Tip: Avoid the mobility rooms - 113

We stayed here for 2 nights in July when we went to watch The Foo Fighters play at MK bowl. I think we paid roughly about £120 for 2 of us for 2 nights, with breakfast. The booking was made via Late Rooms.

Initial first impressions were good as the hall looked very grand as we drove through the grounds but we were slightly disappointed when we realised the rooms weren't inside the hall, but in newer buildings to the side.

However, the bedrooms were comfortable, breakfast was tasty and we were the only people in the small pool and jacuzzi which was great to have to ourselves (twice).

We chose to eat at a pub very close to the hotel for one of our evening meals. It was right next to the railway. The name escapes me, but it was worth a visit for the food and the views.

I was part of organising our campany's conference this year. e decided upon this venue due to the central location for our region.
We were treated to the upmost respect for the entire time that myself and the 60 strong team were there.
There were nice little touches everyehere, sweets, drinks etc.
The bedrooms were 1st class, as were the staff as nothing was too much trouble for them.
We shall certainly be using this venue again
