Upon check-in, I was told they only had a queen handicap room and smoking rooms available. I did not want a smoking room, so I chose the queen handicap room. After getting settled, I noticed the piece on the shower wall that secured removable the shower head was broken. When I informed the front desk, magically a new non-smoking room became available.
Later that night I went to use the business center and neither computer would connect to the Internet. I informed the front desk, who could not fix it. He said he also called the general manager, who also did not know how to fix it. No apology, no accommodation, uncaring attitude.
In the morning I went to use the fitness center, which contained only 3 fitness machines. Two were broken/inoperable and the treadmill (which did work) was ancient and rusted.
Very subpar, frustrating experience.More
