Had lunch with a group of friends - had a club sandwich which was very tasty. We had reserved a table and pre-ordered given the place isn't that big and we were short on time. Whilst we didn't stay for dessert, they seemed to have a good selection of puddings and traybakes.

The café is bright and cheery with a good atmosphere and friendly staff.

Overall a very enjoyable lunch

I have been to this little resturant a couple of times now for either Breakfast or Lunch and both have been amazing. My last time there was on Sunday 09/04/14 and i had went for Lunch. This was my 1st time going for lunch but every time i have been previous for breakfast it had always been amazing!
We arrived at 2.50, not noticing that lunchs stops at 3pm on a Sunday. Even though we were un aware it closed in 10 minutes we were welcomed in by the staff and quickly served. We still had no idea it was closing until we were handed the menu and noticed it in the corner of the menu. But the staff where lovely and never once make us feel un welcomed or that we had to rush to leave. They took our order and it was served to us with by a lovely waitress .
The food was amazing as always! i got a chicken ceaser sald and it was amazing and my partner got a Steak & Onion Pie & Chips, and he said it was one of the best meals he has ever had!
I cant wait to go back again for lunch and try something else as so far they cant go wrong.

Went here with a friend and wouldn't rush back. We waited half an hour for goujons and a lasagne with no apology from the waiter and had to ask how much longer it would be. Food was fine once it came but staff should be keeping you informed and at least apologise when you are waiting for so long especially since the restaurant was only half full.

Stopped in and had a lively lunch. Friendly staff, great coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. Not rushed, not noisy, not cramped.

Great for a snack and coffee, staff mostly friendly. Worth a visit indeed. Meals are good and filling and also reasonable.
