Stayed here for a night for a visit to Edinburgh. The hotel room was SPOTLESS (and I worked in the industry for a while) Staff were friendly and bed was soo comfortable. Think I did have the best nights sleep.

Also there is a Mcdonalds right next to it AND a petrol station so if you don't want to eat in the hotel you can grab a mcdonalds and take it to your room like we did haha :-)

Would defiantly use again!!

The hotel is near to the Airport. The rooms are large and spacious. Staff is okay though not very helpful. Service is non existent and you have to help yourself. There are couple of restaurants nearby. Rates are pretty reasonable.

Room Tip: Check the room before you accept.

Stayed two nights in family room. Service was very good and we enjoyed food in the brewers fayre attached. Rooms could Do with updating as the hotel is a bit 'tired' compared to some. On a wet and windy night, the room was very noisy with water cascading from a pipe outside and a wall vent letting wind through in to room.....but staff were great when problems explained.

We had a weekend in Edinburgh with the family , and I had booked in here giving the location - 5 mins from Deep Sea, and 15mins from the Zoo.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the staff, and directed to our room. The room was a decent size, upon looking out the window we were quite near the slip road to the FRB but the noise was not noticeable. We had a family room with 2 single beds and a cot as well as the main bed, and we never felt cramped.

The restaurant has some lovely staff - although the meals are not the best, this is a reflection on the chain and not this individual place. There is a small playground in the back beer garden which our kids had free reign on and enjoyed immensely.

The breakfast was pretty good - the only downside is the sausages.. they were awful. I avoided ordering these on the 2nd day! Change suppliers on here ! :)

All in all an excellent place to stay and brilliantly located - theres a Tesco 5 mins away in case you need anything.. and for those with kids can understand you always need something so this was a blessing!

This was the cheapest of the airport hotels but is a bit further from the airport than other hotels so factor in a taxi fare of £15-£20 each way. The hotel recommended a taxi firm when we phoned. We passed a few other hotels, including another PI, as we went to and from the South Queensferry PI so check with them to see which price + taxi works out best.

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, the room pretty big, well appointed and the bathroom and shower great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the bar/dining room was fine, perhaps good, even by Ulster Fry standards.

Room Tip: All seem ok

This one was better then one we stayed at Glassgow the staff was very good and helpful. The location is bit far from city so if one is traveling by the roads can stay here but i wonder if you are using train how far is the place. The stay was good rooms are ok and break fast was very good. Nice calm place to stay for a single or family traveller
