Our sons requested to go for breakfast before they headed home. As usual it was pretty crowded but they got us seated quickly. The food was hot and plentiful I had Angeline's eggs Benedict it was wonderful the eggs were just right and the sauce had just the right tang to it. It filled me up for the entire day.

It might also be a great place for breakfast and dinner. The menu is varied and interesting, and the prices are reasonable. If you sit on the outside deck, you can bring your dog.

I thought the kitchen was a little slow in getting the food on the table, but not by much.

This is a very good breakfast place and can be very crowded -especially on Father's Day but even without reservations our party of 6 was accommodated. The restaurant is a bit more upscale than other Bath Restaurants but still manages to make one feel welcome and the food is very good--except for the strange spinach bread toast which came out green in color and rather strange.

Whilst staying near Bath called in for breakfast a couple of times. It would be very difficult not to find something on the menu you would enjoy as it is so extensive. Each morning my husband and I had something different, my favourite was the Florentine Benedict, tho the blueberry oatmeal came a very close second. On your way out, check the counter out for pastries, they all look very yummy. The staff are very helpful and ensure you have everything you need and are happy to share their local knowledge. The restaurant is lovely nice and bright.

Mae's is a cozy cafe that has a quaint New England feel. They have an extensive brunch selection, including about ten different kinds of Eggs Benedict. I ordered the Florentine Eggs Benedict, which had pesto, tomato and cheddar. It was one of the best Eggs Benedict that I have had, and I especially enjoyed the hollandaise sauce, which was surprisingly light. I also tried the blueberry pancakes, which could have been a little fluffier (they were a little dense and chewy). The service was excellent - the food came out promptly and the servers were all very friendly and attentive.
