Karen and her husband, Gary, managed to turn this little roadside trailer into a culinary delight. Karen makes, by far, the best-tasting, juiciest, most generously-filled lobster roll we've ever had.
She takes the freshest Maine lobster, probably caught that day less than five miles from her stand, and then steams it in the same ocean water they were living in. The result: you'll never taste a sweeter, juicier, fresher lobster or lobster roll in your life.
And if you don't believe me, believe the award she won last year by the the Chamber of Commerce.
