Stayed in suite with two floors and private entrance, which worked out great as my elderly mom took the first floor where the bathroom is and my sister and I shared the 2nd floor with the king bed. Very comfy and roomy, even the bathroom is spacious. Great location and views! Very close to town. I would definitely stay again and just might come back soon with my boyfriend! Staff are great and complimentary breakfast delicious and convenient.

Just stayed at the Admirals Quarters, room 7, this week. Perfect location in Booth Bay Harbor - we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The room was clean and very comfortable, simple, and lovely. Bathroom was big and modern, and the private porch had a gorgeous view of the harbor. Breakfasts were somewhat small, but delicious and unique. I would definitely go back!

Room Tip: Room 7 had a private porch, great bathroom, and was very comfortable. Oh, and it had a fridge. No co...

My first trip to Maine with a friend- and hopefully not the last - was blessed with gorgeous Labor Day weekend weather, R&R, amazing seafood, and last but not least, a perfect B&B. Stayed in Room 4 of the Admirals Quarters Inn. It was a clean, well-appointed room with plenty of space and ample size bathroom. The best part? The comfortable queen size bed, high-quality linens, and windows with an unobstructed view of the Harbor. The shared balcony, with that same immaculate view, is also a plus! Oh, let me not forget to mention the plush bath robes! The breakfast served every morning was absolutely delicious; it ranged from a tomato and basil frittata to Maine blueberry french toast. Scrumptious! The rest of the property was inviting with multiple shared seating areas - indoors and outdoors - with readily available cookies, water, and tea/coffee. Last, but certainly not least, I must mention that Jeff and Ben (and staff) are gracious hosts and will look to accommodate your needs however and whenever they can. I would not give a second though to staying here on a return trip. Thank you Jeff & Ben!

This is an excellent place to stay while in Booth Bay. It's very close to all shops and restaurants as well as sight seeing attractions

Jeff and his staff are great. The rooms are very clean with super comfortable beds and high quality linens. We stayed in the upstairs room and had a queen size for the kids in one level and a king size in the loft. It was fantastic for our family of four.

Traveling with another couple, we pre-booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at this B&B for 5/22/13. Had never been here and really didn't know what to expect, since my wife and I have never stayed at a B&B. It adjoins the Greenleaf Inn next door and has the same owner, Jeff. Our stay was wonderful, though the weather was horrible, with rain every day. Very comfortable rooms, clean, baths with thick, soft towels and beautiful white bathrobes. The common sunroom, with fireplace, was a great place to relax with an adult beverage and watch the beautiful harbor. Kim, the manager, and staff did an outstanding job making our stay a truly memorable one, to the point that we extended our stay another night. Breakfast was Kim's specialty with a different gourmet offering each morning, in addition to a large selection of breads, rolls, Danish, eggs, hummus, gourmet cream cheese, etc. This B&B is in the heart of the harbor within a very short stroll to restaurants and fantastic shopping. Don't miss the specialties at a small shop called "Eventide" for custom blended olive oils & vinegars, large variety of cheeses, in-store bakery, coffee, tea. We are looking forward to another visit in the near future.

We spent Memorial weekend at the Admirals Quarters Inn. It was comfortable... inviting... Jeff was a delightful host...available when necessary. The room was clean... and...although the bed was quite high off the ground... the sheets and mattress were very comfortable. We joked about needing a ladder to get in. Breakfast was unique every morning. Who ever would have thought that zucchini and nut pancakes were delicious!! Other mornings... pineapple french toast and mushroom frittata. There was also a smorgasbord of other continental breakfast type offerings. Always available throughout the day were coffee...tea...juice and soda.

Room Tip: We stayed in 2AQ... which had both a living room with a gas fireplace, porch with a beautiful bay vi...

We traveled the coast of Maine for our October honeymoon and booked a spontaneous one night stay at the Admirals Quarters. Jeff was very nice when we checked in, showed us around, provided some good dinner recommendations, and even gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate.

Our room faced the bay, had a fantastic view and I loved watching the sun rise from our balcony. The room was quiet, comfortable and spacious with a lot of natural light and private bath. There was in-room heat and air which we alway appreciate when staying in Maine.

The inn location is great and it looks like they have made some effort to provide everything you could possibly need in the common areas (cold drinks, filtered water, tea/coffee). We enjoyed a nice included breakfast before leaving, and regret that we only had one day.

I do have to say that we are not B&B/Inn people as we have stayed in a few that feel a little creepy (like you are sleeping in a strangers house). However, The Admirals Quarters does really good job of providing attentive service while still allowing your privacy. If we are in the area again, I would happily go back.
