“Nice Breakfast...right by the Foot Bridge”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 August 2014

Excellent little place for breakfast. I had nice, crusty blueberry pancakes and my spouse enjoyed an egg/sausage/cheese in a wheat wrap, which was very fluffly and fillings. No frills kind of place, clearly popular, as it was almost full at 8:30 am on a Wednesday. You can watch the people crossing over the footbridge and heading to the daily cruise/sightseeing trips. Reasonable prices too.

“Cute little sandwich shop”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 August 2014

Sweet little sandwich shop with lots of homemade offerings - the food is not particularly remarkable but it is very fresh and homemade and there is something to be said for that in Boothbay! Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service give this place an extra star!

“Good food”

The morning we were leaving, we stopped in to buy sandwiches for traveling. They were absolutely delicious! A little pricey but certainly worth it!

“Yummy breakfast”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 August 2014

My husband and I had breakfast/brunch at the Bridge Street Cafe Saturday morning around 10am. The cafe had several full tables, but we were able to grab a seat right away. The waitresses were very friendly and immediately asked us what we'd like to drink. We ordered blueberry pancakes, one egg over medium, two scrambles eggs, and wheat toast. The pancakes were FANTASTIC. They came with real maple syrup in a mini pourer. The scrambled eggs and toast were also spot on. The egg appeared to be more over-easy than over-medium, but it was delicious too. If we had more room, we would have tried the blueberry cobbler. A person at the adjacent table order it, and it looked SO good. The only complaint (which in my opinion doesn't even affect my rating), was it took a really long time to get the check. The waitress apologizes when she realized it and said she thought she had already given it to us. It was that big of a deal because we weren't in a hurry. We still left more than a 20% tip ;)
