stayed in this property for one night.the property has been renovated and looks good. the staff is well trained and give prompt response.
the food is hygenic and worth the value although the portions are less. the complimentry breakfast has average choice but adequate.
the rooms have TV,fridge, coffe maker.the bathrooms are small and beds are not king size.
the room tarrif can be negotiated well.

We had to stay at Cochin for a night in a family group. This hotel was suggested by Kerala Holidays. It is located very far from the Airport about 33 kms. This hotel has nothing much to offer for families except a small swimming pool located at roof top. Bathrooms are very small. Room size is ok but nothing great about it.

The service at this hotel is aweful and very terrible. As we were occupying 6 rooms, we had lots of luggage despite calling and telling the reception in person to pick our bags, nobody came for half an hour, even the manager showed no concern despite brining this to his knowledge. We had to bring our luggage down by ourselves. So be prepared to care of yourself on your own. We were very dissappointed with the service.

The breakfast is a limited spread of a combination of south and north indian but is sufficient. Service here was also a little slow but generally ok.

Overall it is fit only for business travellers who are looking for a budget accomodation. Not good for families.

I had a conference at this hotel and stayed there for two nights in room 509. The room is not big nor small. It's clean. The bathroom is very clean but it's rather small. The hotel has a Japanese restaurant, which I didn't try. It has a good swimming pool on the top deck.

I booked this hotel using Expedia for about 2400 INR per night including breakfast.

The hotel is very close to Ernakalum North railways station (Ernakalum town station). There're a lot of hotels and restaurants in the area. It's a bit far from the shopping and tourist places. I arrived at the hotel by a prepaid taxi (510 INR) and on the way back to the airport, I was charged 850 INR by the hotel, which was acceptable for me.

As I am already exposed to below 5* hotels in India, the hotel had the following disadvantages:
1) Fraud with bottle of water in restaurant (no protection ring)
2) Smoke from other rooms comes in your room
3) As some tenants saw me, when I was leaving the room I found a plate of leftovers from someone room service just next to my door.
4) AC is only on/off regulated only

Good points:
1) They brought me the adapter for the laptop quite fast
2) Extra lamp was provided
3) Extra care around "white" clients. Probably i was the one that time at the hotel.

In general quality of the hotel is strong 3*

we stayed here after a long time, in my childhood i remember, i used to come with my parents and stayed here, after getting marriage i thought i will visit this property again, to my surprise, the entire property was found rennovated, and now it is a massive hotel with more than hundred rooms, there is bathtub, tea coffee maker, mini fridge, almost all required ameneties are available. very closer to the railway station. we did not feel like travelling in the hot sun, spend most of the time near the pool area, the restaurant served good food, the city view bar is a nice view in the evening , over all very good

Room Tip: the suite room is very good, our second day we shifted to suite room
