This is a nice hotel with some caveats. Location is good but double rooms are SMALL. I did not see the suites but they may be better (even though it's a sofa bed) for small families. The lobby is very nice and the staff is helpful but the breakfast room has too few tables and the hotel has room to add 25-50% more 2-3 person tables instead of having only large ones. The breakfast should be better for a BW "Plus" hotel. The fake eggs are inedible and the hotel should consider finding a better egg product provider, or they should consider offering hard boiled eggs in the fridge, as other similar chains do. The pastry products were consistently stale and inedible. The coffee was good. Beds are very comfortable. Other people have noted these flaws too and obviously while the manager might add a scripted response below this they obviously have no plans to change any of these noted flaws, so keep that in mind. Overall for a long vacation stay (we were there for a week) I would go back to renting a house. For a trip through Maine, a 1 or 2 night stay, it would be fine. Our lock broke the last day and it took a while for them to help us but the were nice about it. The electronics blew or something like that.
