The Inn's tavern staff spoiled us when we celebrated a family member's birthday after Christmas, 2013. This was the easiest surprise party we ever planned! We requested their semi-private tavern room, for 30 people, from 4:30-7:00 pm. There was no fee for the space and the presentation of 3 delicious hors d'oeuvres, per our request, was classy, generous, and so tasty! Each guest then ordered their own beverages and dinners from their menu with price ranges to accommodate everyone in our group. The staff was so attentive and accomodating. We had such a fun and memorable evening with only positive comments from our guests. We look forward to returning! Thank you!

We didn't stay here, but we ate in their restaurant on Thanksgiving. Great, friendly service and food quality.

Beautiful facility, very charming and nicely maintained.

The staff was very nice overall and cared about making our Holiday lunch a great success.

If we return to the area will definitely come back here.

Stayed here for a romantic night away before taking an early morning train to Boston. The proximity to the train station and the downtown area was great! The rooms were a little over-priced for what you get, but our stay was wonderful regardless. The staff was friendly, the room clean (although there was a somewhat strange smell in our room probably attributed to the heater), and the bar had happy hour specials which made it a little more affordable. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind spending a little extra money, or enjoys the proximity to the downtown area.

I admit that arrival past 10 pm likely means the ‘A’ team isn’t at the reception desk. Still, we certainly expected more than the gruff attitude we received. When even the budget motels in the world at least give a smiley face at the reception desk, the snippy attitude was unexpected. We booked through the hotel’s website and paid full dollar! We wanted to stay right near the Bowdoin campus, and this has the best location. Our room was nicely sized although the bathroom wasn’t spotless. At this price point we’d hoped for a Keurig coffee maker instead of the generic one cup dripmakers that you’d expect from a lesser hotel. Breakfast was fine although the home fries tasted out of a package. The young waitress who served breakfast definitely the bright spot to our stay at this hotel. Would we stay here again? Probably yes because of the location to the college.

Please accept my apology for the less than ideal welcome. Our team is the A team and should be on at all times. Snippy is unacceptable and has been addressed. Our location is ideal, centrally located and adjacent to Bowdoin College. We do offer locally brewed coffee in the lobby each morning as well as in the Tavern. We make many of our menu items from scratch including the potatoes; I am sorry that they didn’t appeal to you on your stay. We do look forward to your next visit and do have specials and promotions available when calling in to the hotel. Thanks for your feedback - Rick Martin

Whether you're visiting Brunswick for the local scene or visiting Bowdoin College, Inn at Brunswick Station is a homerun! Convenient, clean, warm and inviting, the Inn makes every thing easy. Downtown Brunswick is just a short walk out your door, Bowdoin is right across the street...and you can take the Amtrak from Boston to get there if you'd like. Freeport, and all its wonderful outlets, including LL Bean, are also a short drive away.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The WiFi is free...and the Tavern offers excellent fare. Worth the trip! Need to be aware of Bowdoin calendar as prices (go up) and availability (comes down) are greatly impacted by "Parents Weekend", "Graduation" and "Move in Day", etc.

The Inn is a Great Spot!
