This was our second visit to Aki. The first time was at lunch, and although the tempura and maki rolls were good, the hibachi was not. This time, at dinner, the tempura was skimpy, the maki roll was also skimpy, under seasoned, and actually fell apart - if you can't make a maki roll properly, just go home - and the hibachi was so salty, it was just about inedible. I don't know what changed, or more likely who has changed in the kitchen, but from the loud table complaints from the table across from us, it wasn't abnormal. Done and done.
