We stopped in Brunswick to grab a late lunch after doing a few college tours. With so many great ethnic restaurants, Brunswick is a great spot to eat.
We settled on Bombay Mahal and had a lovely meal here. Having lived in England, I am always on the hunt for good Indian food and their chicken korma hit the mark. Like a previous reviewer, I asked for it spicy, and that it was. I had sweat running down my temples, and had I not been driving, I would have downed a nice cold beer. Be warned, if you want it spicy, it will be very spicy.
Daughter had the pakora's and samosa's and both were great. The naan was a bit more doughy than I am used to but was a wonderful vehicle to scoop up the korma.
I loved the owners- she was fabulous and her husband, the chef, came out to ask me how the korma was.
Lunch portions were robust and very economical.
I only wish they had a restaurant closer to me!
