Good location and views over marina and boat yard, with outdoor deck. Service poor: when shown to table (with many open), no query like "How is this one?"; when menu presented, no announcement of specials, though announced by other servers at nearby tables after our order was taken; check presented before meal eaten, and dining clearly not completed. Food undestinguished: mussels way overcooked, "marinara" sauce simple tomato sauce.

We ate here on a Sunday night in September. There was a wait for a table so we sat in the bar. The hostess said it would be a 10 minute wait. 45 minutes later everyone else in the bar had been seated except for us. We asked if we could sit down at a table (we could see that there were several empty tables now). The hostess said they were expecting a large group. We thought this was odd - a large group arriving at 8:15pm on a Sunday night? My husband persisted. Then she said the kitchen was backed up, but seated us after we pointed out all the empty tables. We ordered and received our food in a timely manner. We had the baked haddock and the swordfish with a pretty boring salad. The food was average. Nothing to write home about. We sat inside and it was late so we were not able to enjoy the view - maybe that's the big draw. But I'm not sure why people like this place so much.

Nice drive from Boothbay Harbor to East Boothbay and the Lobsterman's Wharf. Not sure how I missed this before, but this was a recommendation from a local in Boothbay Harbor.

It's lobstah in the rough, the way I like it. Reasonably priced and good service. Dine in or out on the deck. The front of this buidling is similar in appearance to a tug, guess that might have something to do with the boat manufacturer that's based next door.

Standard fare as you would expect from most lobster restaurants. We had a crystal clear night of dining. It's worth the drive and while you're at it be sure to drive down around the point in East Boothbay.

This is the perfect place if you are looking for fresh delicious seafood with a fun and friendly atmosphere. The seating is simple, the staff is helpful and the outside dock accommodates boaters and families alike. I have been here on vacation several years in a row and I am never disappointed. The food is really hearty and lovingly prepared. There is no children’s menu, but the hamburgers are amazing!! Whatever they don't eat, you will.
