We stayed at this hotel for two days on our way to Bar Harbor.
The only problem we had was with our reservation. We had reserved an accessible room and was told by the girl at the front desk that there was not one available. It was early on a Sunday evening and she seemed to have very little interest in delivering anything that could be considered in anyway service. When we pointed out to her that we had a reservation for the room she replied that the person who had made the reservation must have made a mistake. Well we had a printout of the reservation which had be made on THEIR website. Other than that the hotel looked to be very clean. Breakfast had an excellent selection. The furnishings in our room (ground floor) were new. Even though we were at the front of the hotel there was no noise. I have travelled all over the world and when what I saw here, except for the receptionist at check in, measures well. Yes I have been in better, but I have paid a lot more for it.More
