We stayed for two nights in October. I loved the delicious hot cup of coffee on the front porch, on a crisp Maine morning, a mist hung over the cove as birds fished for crab and chipmunks and squirrels ran thought he leaves. The breakfast was excellent, and I melted into comfortable bed each night. Thanks Aaron!

My husband and I stayed for one night in the River Room which has a very comfortable bed, was beautifully decorated, plus it had an idyllic window seat and balcony. The views were really lovely.
The bathroom was small but perfectly adequate.
The location of the inn is perfect. It is very tranquil and the river looks stunning when sat by it enjoying the complimentary wine.
The breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed the company of the fellow guests.

When we arrived at the bed and breakfast, we were greeted with a big smile, warmth and friendliness that continued for the whole time we were at the property! The atmosphere was relaxed and calm, the room impeccably clean, there was absolute attention to detail and comfort. The other guests were fun and vibrant and a joy to be around. Breakfast, served on the porch, was over the top with exceptional taste and quality. If you are anywhere near this gem of a property, pamper yourself and stay! It is the only place on this trip where we simply did not stay long enough.

Spent 2 nights here and could have stayed a week. Erin welcomed us,showed us to the Garden Room in which every detail had been thoughtfully considered, gave us a map and some restaurant suggestions. The most delicious breakfast was served overlooking the river, where blue heron and dippers and a chipmunk were spotted! There are bee hives in the distant garden which interested me as I too have a hive and was able to have some bee talk with Erin!! A bottle of bubbles was thoughtfully left in our room to celebrate our anniversary This inn is worth the trip from the UK to Maine!

Reserved room online based on prior reviews. The house/facility was great, attractive and in a wonderful location; the room very nice, clean and confortable. The hosts were very nice, pleasant and helpful, as were the other guests. Breakfact was great. All this may help explain the title of this review. If you are that area, you can do no better.

We spent two nights. Aaron And Harriet were attentive to our every need. The house is extraordinarily well decorated. They understand the essence of the location, the water , the lobstering, the rustic environment. I felt as though someone with exquisite taste lived there and we had been invited as there special guests. We stayed in the Cove Room. It had a small deck that gave us a beautiful view of the river. There were windows all around the room so we had plenty of natural light. The breakfasts were well thought out. Fresh fruit, perfectly prepared souffle's filled with savory vegetables, unique juice combinations and the best blueberry muffins we have ever tasted. We highly recommend a visit.

This was by far one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. From the moment you are greeted by Erin you fell like you are with old friends. Location is superb - on the river away from the madness in Kennebunkport but close enough to drop in. Stayed in the River room and although advertised as their smallest it was more than adequate and the views were both amazing and relaxing. Beware of breakfast - they are dangerously delicious! The evening wine & cheese is a great way to meet the other people staying there. Erin also very helpful with the right recommendations for meals ( try Joshua's!) and adventure. It is #1 on our list of "Must go back to".
