Port Lobster is a take out/fish market, NOT a restaurant.
Last summer (when an apparent lobster glut had depressed the market in general but didn't seem to show on most restaurant menus) we ordered chowder and lobster rolls to go at Port Lobster. $9.99 for a lobster roll that was 'pure' lobster, w/o celery or secret lettuce shredded on the bottom, and so light on the mayo it was non existant. We're back again, and the price is the same. The chowder is very good.
They sell wine and some prepared dishes from the cooler for those who are staying in a place with a kitchen. But you could wander across the street to watch the boats come in with a lobster roll in one hand and a camera in the other. Benches abound.
