We stayed in the recently renovated Sebago Suite at the beautiful 108 House B&B Inn. Upon our arrival, we were immediately welcomed by Terri - she is a gem and it was a pleasure to speak with her. The inn is incredibly cozy, comfortable, and warm (much needed during our February visit). The suite was beautifully appointed - we especially enjoyed the gas fireplace (with a glass of wine in hand) and the jacuzzi! Breakfasts were 3 courses - delicious! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Thank you for your kind review of the Inn. That newly remodeled Sebago Suite is very quickly becoming a favorite with guests who are not only booking for special occasions, but just because they want to spoil themselves on their getaway.

We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We hope that you will come back to stay again when your travels next bring you to Kennebunkport.

Best wishes,
Teri, Innkeeper 1802 House B&B

This is what a quality Bed and Breakfast is supposed to be! A gem on a quiet street near the local country club and within walking distance of downtown Kennebunkport. From the friendly welcome at the front door to the baked french toast topped with blueberries the following morning, host Teri had all the right touches. Don't let the "1802" date fool you - there is nothing worn or tired about the 1802 House. The rooms have been refurbished with style and class. They are all spotless and inviting. My wife can be a tough critic and was impressed with everything! Loved the one touch gas fireplace so much we are considering one for our house. Unlike the crazy summer months, Kennebunkport is a sleepy town in mid-winter, which was just what we were looking for. This was just the right place for a warm stay on a cold night away from home.

Hello Carol and Bill,

What a lovely review - we can't thank you enough for your very kind comments. As you know, we have just finished the last of the room remodels and I'm so glad to hear from our guests that they like the changes as much as we do!

It was a pleasure to meet you both. I hope you'll be back again soon to visit.

With best wishes,
Teri & Roger, Innkeepers

We stayed at the Inn for 2 nights during a snowy weekend in February 2014. The Inn is gorgeous. Our bed was very comfortable and I loved the gas fireplace! Terri is very thoughtful and had left us a box of local homemade chocolates (it was Valentine's Day weekend). Each morning the breakdast was fantastic - 3 courses - and homemade. Terri was great in suggesting restaurants and things to do. We will definately be recommending to friends and family!

Went there in Nov 2013 for a romantic getaway and could not have been happier. The Innkeepers were friendly and helpful. Terri had dining recommendations that were spot on. The room was immaculate. We had what is the smallest room at the Inn, but it had a gas fireplace that made the ambiance wonderful. The food was excellent and plentiful (you will not go hungry !!). We would happily and heartily recommend the 1802 House !!

Hi Bill,

Thank you for your very kind review. We're so glad that you enjoyed your stay and really appreciate that you've taken time to share your feedback. A lot of our guests love that small room. We remodeled with luxury bedding and all modern amenities making it a cosy and comfortable room for those short romantic getaways.

Give our best to Barbara and we hope to see you back again soon!

Best wishes,
Teri, Innkeeper

My fiance and I went there this last weekend for Valentine's Day. Terri and Roger were incredibly hospitable and made us feel like we were visiting family. The breakfast every morning was fantastic - 3 courses and homemade. Felt like I was in my mom's kitchen :-). We were traveling from NYC and the trip took way longer than it should've as there was a snow storm. Terri called us to see how we were doing after we let her know we were going to be a while. She called the restaurant that she had helped arrange reservations for and asked them if they could keep the kitchen open for us. We had a wonderful dinner and came back to homemade chocolate cupcakes. They also upgraded us to the Sebago Suite as an early wedding gift. Can't say enough good things about this place - my fiance and I would highly recommend for a weekend getaway for a week away. Very romantic and cozy.

Room Tip: All the rooms are beautiful! They all have fireplaces and heated blankets on the beds. Was very nice as there was a snow storm right before we arrived and we were cold.

Hi Julia,

We were so glad that you and Allan were able to get here safe and sound. I hope the journey home was uneventful.

Thank you for your very kind review. We do prepare all three courses of our breakfast fresh from scratch each morning using local Maine ingredients wherever we can do. Nothing is pre-packaged or pre-prepared. It takes a little longer, but based on guests comments, I think it's worth it.

It was a pleasure to meet you both. I can't wait to see your wedding photo later this year. We wish you all the best for your special day and will look forward to welcoming you back to stay soon.

Best wishes,
Teri
