Great location: a terrific 1800s house in a residential neighborhood with a "distant" water view; is close to Kittery Foreside for eateries; easy walk on Whipple Road to USPS station, hardware and drug store, gas station with mini-mart for quick snacks, coffee, beverages, etc; and Sunday farmers' market featuring various locally grown and produced vegs, meats, cheeses, flowers, etc. The house is in excellent condition with a brand new bath/shower, kitchen; very comfortably furnished with lots of kids puzzles, games, etc. (if needed). 2 large 2nd floor bedrooms which have 2 kings and a single. Another single is downstairs. A washer/dryer is in the basement. There are air conditioning units on both floors if needed. There is a large, fenced in backyard. We fully intend to stay again if available for our visits to our daughter and family who live in New Castle, NH which is a short drive from this location.
