Description: Warren's Lobster House was established in 1940 as a 6 stool,walk-up clam and lobster shack. Over the past 70 years, we have expanded into what today is a 350 seat, full service, family owned and operated restaurant. We are located on the waterfront on the southern tip of the Maine coast. We offer great seafood, lobster, steak, chicken and other specialities with outstanding service in a comfortable and casual family atmosphere. We feature the "Seacoast's Finest Salad Bar" with over 60 fresh and tantalizing items. We also offer a "Kid's Menu", gift shop, seasonal outdoor deck, cocktail lounge and plenty of seating with ample parking. We also offer free seasonal valet parking for our guests. We are Handicap Accessible and open daily at 1130 am. Currently, there are 3 generations of the Cunningham family involved in the daily operation of this world renouned restaurant!

Still popular with locals and older crowd but outdated. Looks and feels like original venue, only one row of seating for water view. Salad bar is a main attraction. Wait staff are friendly but in no hurry. Menu has many options. House dill dressing was the best item at the salad bar. Quarter pound lobster roll was full of fresh, cold lobster. Fries were hot, crunchy. Prices competitive. Off the beaten path, lots of one way streets. Likely not an easy return trip.

Thank you for your positive comments. We take great pride in our heritage and have worked very hard to preserve the original look of an authentic DownEast lobster house. Hope you will return at some ppoint in the future.

Atmosphere is good and, of course, the salad bar is great. And our Waitperson, Brandi, was awesome. But on this visit, the food quality was bad. The clam chowder looked and tasted like it was made with swamp water; fried clams were all super large bellied, tough and mostly not even chewable. On future trips to the Seacoast, we're going to the Beach Plum.

The seafood, pricing, cocktails, and souvenirs are perfect. This place is perfect. Lobster: so good. Scallops: fantastic. Bloody Mary: I wrote home about it. Go here. Don't miss this.

My husband and I ate lunch there last Wednesday. The salad bar is included with your entree. It includes 2 soups, 60 items on salad bar, homemade yeast rolls and homemade pumpkin bread. My husband and ordered the haddock cassarole that has a Hollandaise sauce and Ritz cracker topping. The Ritz crackers soak into the sauce that tastes wonderful. Portions are generous. I hadn't been here for years. I would take bus trips from Ct that included lunch at Warren's and outlet shopping in Kittery.

Quaint place overlooking the water. Salad bar included with most meals is a meal in itself. A large selection of seafood. Menus for Gluten Free and Vegetarians. Overall a great place for lunch or dinner.
