We stayed @ Nebo on Thursday night and opted for the Turner Farm barn supper. Acclaimed chef Amanda, of Nebo, is @ the helm @ TF on Thursday's in July & August. The entire experience was magical. We started our evening w/ a tour of the salt water farm. Most items served are grown/sourced at the farm. A variety of amazing goat cheeses on homemade cheddar crackers & prosecco based cocktails started off the evening on a perfect note. The meal that followed...stuffed heirloom tomatoes, green beans w/ creme fraiche, succulent duck delighted all. Dessert was a fitting closer to the evening...peach & thyme galette w/ a mound of whipped cream. This is not simply fine dining, this is an island experience; the memory will last a lifetime.
