Arrived on a rainy afternoon and Peter came to the car with an umbrella! We were warmly welcomed, given a tour and settled into suite 10! Amazing bathroom, lovely bed, and a nice sitting room which leads to the pool. Everything you need is take care of. Restaurant reservations, free movies to watch, delicious breakfast and a helping hand. We will be back!

The Gazebo Inn is our home away from home. No matter the season or weather, the Gazebo Inn is truly irresistible! There are so many outstanding amenities from the beautiful Inn itself, the lovely rooms, friendly guests and delicious breakfasts to name just a few. But what keeps us coming back as often as possible are the Inns owners Scott and Bruce and their wonderful staff. We feel like family every time we cross the Inn's threshold. So run ~ don't walk to the Gazebo Inn for the experience of a lifetime but please don't book Barn Suite 3 because that's "our room!"

PS: Be sure to check out Peter's beautiful photography. He does a wonderful job photographing local scenery!

Room Tip: All rooms are beautiful! Barn's Suites are gorgeous!

We arrived on Thursday evening and immediately went to the in ground hot tub and were there for quite some time. Enjoyable quiet atmosphere and family feel we receive each time we stay is amazing to say the least. If you are looking for a place to go to relax or just get away, I would highly recommend this place. I honestly feel it is heaven and you could not go wrong.

Barn Suite 2 was immaculate and exceeded our expectations! Beautiful place, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. We ate dinner at two nearby restaurants (Angelina's and Lobster Pound), both ecommended by Scott and Peter, and left fat and happy :).

Simply outstanding!!! Late winter getaway was booked for a relaxing weekend away from the stress of work and life and the Gazebo Inn did the trick and then some. We were greeted warmly by Peter and given a personal tour of the amazing facility before being shown to our room which was clean, comfy and nicely decorated. Amazing fresh breakfasts, gracious and helpful staff, comfort at every turn, and no detail is overlooked making it the ideal place to stay. There is not doubt I will return.

My new husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Gazebo Inn for our honeymoon in the beginning of April 2013 and can say unequivocally that we have never found a more welcoming, gracious or stunning venue. The attention to detail is amazing, the owners and staff are gracious and supremely attentive without being over-bearing and the Inn itself is superbly appointed as well as visually delightful. One of the things we loved most is their understated yet serious commitment to utilizing local and sustainable products and services and they actually maintain environment-friendly practices as well as allow it to be easy for their guests to do the same. Breakfast, prepared with enthusiastic attention, was truly fantastic every day of our stay. Additionally (and of deep concern for us), we have far too frequently had issues with even the most well-meaning of establishments, and this is the first place we can recall having been that a serious food allergy issue was thoughtfully and thoroughly attended to- without the undesirable fanfare frequently visited upon us and to our very grateful appreciation. The very best thing we can say is that before having to depart, we booked for next year and are already eagerly anticipating our return!

Room Tip: The Barn Suites are luxurious, as well as spacious

My wife, Meredith and myself took another trip to The Gazebo Inn this past St. Patrick's Day
weekend as per usual was outstanding!! We stayed in K7 which is a beautiful room with a
separate seating area w/ a couch. There is another sitting area w/ two really nice leather deep-
seat chairs (awesome) in a rich mahogany tone. The centerpiece for this room however is the
exquisite, elevated king bed with Egyptian cotton sheets (600 thread ct., I think) If you have never been to The Gazebo or any of its sister properties (2V in the Square, Captains Quarters, Nellie Littlefield House) please stop what you are doing and run don't walk to ANY of these
great places. Please note I've only been to the Gazebo & 2V they are ; Elysium, nirvana, bliss
what ever superlative you chose that's about right.

Room Tip: Gazebo & 2V are pet-friendly. Adult only.
